are the rules for creating a Domain Name ?
The Basic Rules for creating a Domain Name:
They
must be between 1 and 63 characters long not including the
four characters used to identify the TLD such as. com.
They
can be made up of letters or numbers. Domain Names are not
case sensitive.
The
dash symbol (-) is permitted but not at the beginning or end
of your Domain Name. Spaces and special characters are not
permitted.
