are the rules for submitting a dispute?
Each
dispute resolution provider must process a dispute in accordance
with the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution
Policy (the "Rules of Procedure"), which are available
at www.icann.org/udrp/udrp-rules-24oct99.htm.
These
rules must be adhered to for .com, .net and .org Domain Name
disputes.
