In these not-so-rare cases our website rescue services can take a complete copy of your existing site (if it is still online) and upload it to our systems.

This is only available for non-database sites, and your site must still be visible on the internet and fully indexable. This work is done on a best effort basis. If it can be done, we'll do it or suggest a way around the problem!
