I have ordered an account , how long does it take to setup ?

Unlike some companies, we prefer to open account by hand to reduce the potential of spammers, hackers and general abusers onto our systems. This action is taken in order to protect our users already on our servers and provides them with the peace of mind that unlike other companies, we don't simply allow everyone onto our network.

Because of this, it may take up to 12 hours for your account to be manually verified and set up. We do however aim to open all new accounts as soon as possible.
